A great place for a home cooked style meal, great sandwich or burger. Along with attentive service. Do be aware that they charge extra for use of a credit or debit card.
I was passing through and saw this place stopped and ordered a hot chicken sandwich. What came out was a whole lot of country goodness. 2 slices of bread. Chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes on top, covered in gravy. I have not eaten that well in years. Service was good. Price was right. If I lived closer I would be there weekly.
Stopped in for dessert the chocolate cake was amazing and hubby says the strawberry rhubarb pie was good too....couldn't tell you if it's true since he didn't share....so yeah must have been good. Stop in and see Betty I know we will be back.
